1. Eligibility for Exchange:
- You may request an exchange for a product of the same or higher value within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
2. Exchange Process:
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team within the eligible timeframe, providing your order details and the reason for the exchange.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once you receive the RMA number, securely package the item(s) you wish to exchange and include the RMA number on the package.
- Ship the package back to us using a reliable shipping method with tracking information. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Upon receiving the returned item(s), our quality control team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in point 1.
- If the item(s) are approved for exchange, we will process the exchange and ship the new item(s) to you. If the requested item is of higher value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Certain items are non-exchangeable, including personalized or custom-made products, intimate apparel, and items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Additionally, we do not accept exchanges for products that have been used, damaged, or altered from their original condition.
4. Damaged or Defective Items:
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue by providing a replacement or alternative solution.
5. Shipping and Handling:
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- In the case of an exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) and for the shipment of the exchanged item(s).
